They made it sound like the item would be packed well, but that definitely wasn’t the case. The box showed up completely smashed, partly open, and looking like it had been tossed around the whole way here. Disappointing when the packaging doesn’t match what you’re expecting.

"Exchange worked out, but I expected quicker replies"
I had to exchange my order, and while everything did get sorted after a few days, the support responses were slower than I expected. The process was okay overall, but I definitely thought it would be handled a bit faster. Not bad, just not amazing either.

The tracking was frustrating because it didn’t update for a while, and I was just left waiting and checking over and over. It eventually changed, but it felt slower than it should’ve

I’ve used mybrandmall.com a few times now, and it’s mostly okay. I don’t know why, but finding certain items took me longer than I expected, especially on mobile. The pages loaded fine for me, but the menus felt a bit all over the place. Checkout was simple though, so that part was nice. Overall, it’s not bad, it just feels like the site could use a little cleanup...

"Communication was alright but could be quicker"
I ordered from mybrandmall.com and the main thing I noticed was the communication. They did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was ignored or anything, but a couple times it took longer than I expected and I ended up asking again just to get an update
The replies were polite and they did sort out my question in the end, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Just think their customer support could be a bit faster and maybe clearer with updates, would make things feel smoother

"Gave Me Sketchy Vibes"
I’m probably just going off the patterns I usually notice with sites I don’t fully trust, but this one gave me a weird feeling. Something about the experience felt a little off, and once I get that impression, I usually assume it’s better not to risk ordering again. I don’t think I’ll be using this site in the future.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried to pay twice and the checkout page just kept hanging on me. It did finally go through, but then the shipping cost only showed up late in the process, which was annoying. Support basically said something like, "try again in a bit" and that the total would update before confirming, which was fine, but it still made the whole thing feel clunky. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of frustrating.

"Returning something shouldn’t be this difficult"
I tried to return an item it was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. It took forever to find clear instructions, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t very helpful. For me, a good store should make returns simple and fair, and this experience really missed the mark. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I was ready to buy, but once I got to the payment page, something about it just felt off. I didn’t want to risk losing my money or having my card info out there, so I backed out instead of finishing the order

I went to grab a few things I’d been wanting, but once again, a lot of the sizes were out of stock. It’s been happening often lately... kinda frustrating when you finally find something you like and then can’t actually get it.

"Pretty good product, but the wait was annoying"
I was actually excited when I ordered this, and to be fair, the product was exactly as described when it finally showed up. So I’m happy with that part. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, which was frustrating. In the end, it’s okay stuff, just wish it had arrived sooner.

I was expecting a lot more brand options. A bunch of the names I had in mind just weren’t there, and my gut reaction was that the selection felt limited.

I ordered from My Brand Mall thinking it would show up in a few days like they said, but nope. It ended up taking way longer, and the updates were basically useless. I kept having to check the tracking myself, which is so annoying when you just want to know where your order is. The product itself wasn’t terrible or anything, but the whole delivery situation was frustrating enough that I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Refund Took Longer Than I Expected"
I requested a refund and expected it to be handled a lot faster. Instead, I was stuck waiting for what felt like forever, and support just kept telling me it was still processing. It got frustrating after a while. I’d be hesitant to order again if refunds usually take this long.

I ordered from My Brand Mall and just had a basic question about my delivery. I emailed them and also used the contact form, but days went by with no real response. It feels like NO ONE is checking their messages. Super frustrating when you just want a quick update

I ordered a medium, but it fits more like an XS, so it’s basically useless for me. I also had to chase them to get any help with the issue, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

I ordered a hoodie from mybrandmall.com and honetsly, I wasn’t super impressed. The fabric felt thin right away, and after just one wash I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching already.
It’s not like the hoodie is totally unwearable or anything, but for the price I really expected a bit more. Shipping was fine, no big issue there, but the actual hoodie felt kinda cheap. I probbaly wouldn’t order clothes from there again

They did get it sorted in the end, so I’ll give them that, but it took way too many emails back and forth. I felt like I was checking my inbox every time I walked past the kitchen, coffee in hand, waiting for another reply. Not the worst experience, but definitely more hassle than it needed to be.
